2025 Annual National Conference of Electrical Theory and New Technologies

The Annual National Conference of Electrical Theory and New Technologies 2025 (CETNT’2025) will be held in Shenyang, China, from August 8 to 10, 2025. It is hosted by Electrical Theory and New Technology Committees of Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering and China Electrotechnical Society, and Biological Electrical Engineering Committee of China Electrotechnical Society. The conference is organized by Shenyang University of Technology, National Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Motor Engineering Technology Research Center, and Key Laboratory of Special Machine and High Voltage Apparatus, Ministry of Education.

his annual conference will invite experts and scholars to jointly discuss the latest research progress and hot issues in the field of electrical theory and new technology. This conference is to provide a platform for scientific research and teaching in the field of electrical theory and new technology through extensive high-level academic exchanges.

Publication and Indexing

High quality papers will be recommended for publication in journals such as Transactions of China Electrotechnical Society, Proceedings of The Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering (EI), Power System Technology (EI), High Voltage Apparatus, Electric Power, Journal of Shenyang University of Technology, Electrical Engineering, Journal of Electrical and Electronic Engineering Education. Other papers accepted by the conference will be published in the Conference Proceedings (LNEE, ISSN：1876-1100, EI source) by Springer-Verlag Publisher, Germany, which will be submitted to EI Compendex index.
